Turn Facebook, eBay, Etsy, website and hand-added reviews on or off one by one and set the rotation speed. Imported reviews can't be edited, so buyers know they're real. Nothing shows until you add reviews, and one switch hides the strip.
Events calendar
Doing a craft fair or vendor market? Add the dates, hours, address and booth number. Visitors get a calendar, map, directions, add-to-calendar links and a reminder popup with your flyer in the days before.

Questions
Do I need WooCommerce?
No. Grimm Inventory is not a shop. Buyers purchase on the marketplace you already use; your site shows what you have and where to buy it.
Does it post to Facebook Marketplace automatically?
Facebook doesn't let any app post to Marketplace for you. The Quick Post box gets you there in about a minute: one click per field, all photos in one download, then paste the listing link back.
Do I need WordPress already installed?
Yes. Grimm Inventory is a WordPress plugin, so you need a WordPress site first. No site yet? Use your host's one-click WordPress installer, then add Grimm Inventory. On a brand-new site its built-in Studio walkthrough sets up your whole store (homepage, look, menu, footer and automatic updates) in about 5 minutes.
Can I show my marketplace reviews on my site?
Yes, if you want to. Copy your Facebook Marketplace seller reviews with one click, Etsy reviews copy themselves every day, and you can add your eBay rating. They rotate in a strip on every page with "Review on…" links so visitors can check them. Nothing shows until you add reviews, and you can switch it off any time.
Will it work with my theme?
Yes. It uses your theme's fonts and colors and works with classic and block themes. You can set an accent color to match.
Can I use it on more than one site?
Each license covers one site. Contact us for a multi-site price.
Do I have to pay again for updates?
No. One purchase gets you every future update and new feature for life, installed with one click from your WordPress dashboard.
Can I move my license to a new website?
Yes. Click Deactivate under Grimm Inventory → License on the old site, then activate on the new one. Test sites (localhost, staging) never use up your license.
Can it post to eBay, Etsy and TikTok Shop for me?
Yes. Connect your eBay seller account, Etsy shop or TikTok Shop (beta), then post an item with one click: photos, description, category, tags and your exact shipping price. A sale on one site lowers your stock everywhere and is recorded in your sales history. More marketplaces are coming soon.
Does it work with Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Vinted, Craigslist or Nextdoor?
Yes, through Quick Post. Tick the sites you use in Settings and each gets its own tab (with that site's title and description limits), a "Buy on…" button on your site, one-click "Sold one" tracking, sales history and relist reminders. None of these sites let outside apps post listings, so Quick Post gets you there by hand in about a minute without putting your account at risk.
Do I need an eBay or Etsy developer account?
No. Grimm Inventory connects through our secure connection service using your license. You sign in on eBay's and Etsy's own pages; we never see your passwords.
I already have listings on eBay and Etsy. Do I have to start over?
No. Import them with their photos, or link them to items you already have, and their stock stays in sync from then on.
Can visitors see prices in their own currency?
Yes. Turn on the currency chooser and visitors from Canada, the UK, Europe and more see an estimate in their money at today's exchange rate. They still pay in your currency at checkout.
Can it post my new work to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok?

What do I need for TikTok Shop?
An approved TikTok Shop seller account and a free TikTok Shop Partner Center app (the docs walk you through it). In the US you can sign up as an individual with your Social Security number, no business tax ID required. TikTok Shop support is in beta.
Which accounts do I need?
Only the ones for the features you use: an eBay seller account for eBay, an Etsy shop for Etsy, a TikTok Shop seller account for TikTok Shop, a Facebook Page and an Instagram professional account for social sharing, and so on. The documentation has a full list, and everything else works with just WordPress.
