Here are answers to some of the most common questions. Don’t see yours? Get in touch.
How do I place an order?
All currently available inventory is sold through my Facebook Marketplace profile. It’s a familiar, secure platform where you can browse what’s ready to buy, place your order, see seller ratings, and leave a review.
Do you ship?
Yes. Orders placed through Facebook Marketplace include shipping, and you can track your purchase from shipment to delivery right in Marketplace.
What is your return policy?
Damaged items: Every shipment is insured. If your item arrives damaged, contact me and I’ll send you a replacement. I’ll need the damaged item sent back so I can file a claim with the delivery service.
Refunds: Because products are made to order, and often made specifically for one customer, I don’t offer refunds outside of the damaged-item exchange above.
I saw something in the portfolio that isn’t in stock. Can I still get one?
Most likely! Send me a message through Facebook Marketplace or the Contact Us page and I’ll let you know if I can make it for you.
Can I get a different color, size, or a personalized version of an item?
Yes. I’m happy to discuss special requests and will do my best to accommodate them. Most variations of existing products can still be ordered through Facebook Marketplace.
Do you make fully custom pieces, like company logos or original designs?
Yes. Fully custom projects such as personalized logos, original designs, or one-of-a-kind creations are handled directly with me rather than through Marketplace. Reach out with your idea to get started.
How long does a custom order take?
Items that are already in stock are ready to ship right away. Any custom order or item that isn’t already stocked has a turnaround time of 3–7 days, depending on the product and the level of customization you want.
Why is a deposit required for custom orders?
Custom pieces are made exclusively for one customer and usually can’t be resold, so a 50% deposit is required before production begins. It covers the initial materials and production costs.
Who makes your products?
Grimm Forge Studios is a one-person operation. I run five 3D printers and personally handle every step: printing, assembly, painting, sealing, finishing, packaging, shipping, and customer service.
What makes Grimm Forge Studios different from other 3D printing sellers?
I focus on quality over mass production: dependable materials, attention to detail, and fair pricing on products I’m proud to put my name behind.
How can I stay up to date on new items?
Join the newsletter. Pick Collectors for new items I can print for you, Makers for new 3D print files I upload, or both.
